Full payment of the agreed purchase price is required in cleared funds before a vehicle is released or ownership transferred. Ownership and title in the vehicle do not pass to you until we have received full and cleared payment. Risk in the vehicle passes to you on collection or delivery, whichever occurs first.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to section 6 above, we exclude all liability (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or a vehicle purchased from us. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited as set out in section 6.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, damage, or expense arising from your use, modification, or on-sale of a vehicle purchased from us after the point ownership transfers to you, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or breach of a guarantee that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
All text, photographs, graphics, and other content on this website are owned by us or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our prior written consent, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use in considering a purchase from us.
